I used to say this a lot, and I mean a lot. Especially when its to do with my own mental health. Yet I think its become more of a hash tag or even an excuse.
Why is it OK not to be OK?
If you are not OK, then something needs to change right?
Let’s make it real simple. Find something that is not OK, like a broken leg, surely that isn’t OK, it needs to be fixed and you would need some good pain killers. So why would it be OK if you are not mentally OK, as if…
